Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.cybertracksolutions.com  website operated by CyberTrack Solutions ("us", "we", or "our").

 

 

Your access to and use of this website and it’s services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this website and it’s services.

 

 

By accessing or using the CyberTrack Solutions training services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not utilize the training services.

 

 

  1. Purchases

 

  1. If student wishes to purchase any service made available through the CyberTrack Solutions website ("Purchase"), he/she will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Company, Mailing Address, Email Address, and Telephone/Fax.  The information is used communications with students and mailing study and other equipment/materials.
  2. The course tuition is due and payable in full by the first session of the training course.  Alternatively you may pay for the course in two installments.  In this case first 50% of the course tuition will be due by the first session of the training course and the second 50% of the course tuition will be due by the middle session of the training course.  For example if the course consists of 12 sessions, the second payment will be due by the 6th session.  If the training course consists of odd number of sessions (for example 11 sessions) then the second payment will be due closest odd after the even session.  In this case it will be due by the 7th session.
  3. The payment methods described above apply only to multi-session courses.  For a single day course the payment is due in full by the class date.
  4. CyberTrack Solutions currently accepts the payments by credit cards through PayPal service. When using PayPal service, creating a  PayPal account is optional and is not contingent on paying with credit card.
  5. Purchase of the course will include the tuition online and hands-on session (if applicable), use of online training portal, training materials, test preparation materials, training recording accessible via Internet and a computer headset (if requested). 
  6. Training vouchers are not provided in the price of the course however a help will be provided on how to purchase the voucher or set up an exam date.  Student is responsible for paying for the examination.

 

 

  1. On-Line Delivery

 

  1. Student will be responsible for providing a computer though which he/she will receive an online training.  If student’s computer doesn’t have a microphone or speakers, he/she can request a headset to be mailed to them free of charge.  Computer headset is available only for the multi-session courses.

 

 

 

  1. Take a Peek Program

 

  1. If you decide to participate in Take a Peek program, the first two sessions of the training course are free of charge.  If you decide to continue with the course participation, the payment for the course will be as follows:
  1. If you decide to pay in full, the payment will be due by the 3rd session of the course.
  2. If you decide to pay in two installments, the first 50% of the payment will be due by the 3rd session of the course.  The second 50% of the payment will be due according to the rules described in section 1.2.
    1. Take a Peek program does not apply to single day courses.

 

  1. Hands-On Program

 

  1. Some of our multi-session courses have an optional hands-on program.  If student would like to participate in such program, he/she will need to come to the training class where the practice sessions will be delivered.  CyberTrack Solutions will not provide for transportation, food or accommodation costs, however snack or light lunch may be provided at the discretion of the company. 
  2. CyberTrack Solutions is not responsible for any injuries incurred by students during hands-on sessions.

 

  1. Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions

 

  1. Student needs to inform CyberTrack Solutions by Email if he/she would like to cancel the class at any time.  If student would like to reschedule to a later session of the class, the payment will be applied towards the next class.
  2. If student would like to cancel the class and receive a refund for the class, user should inform CyberTrack Solutions via Email up to the last session of the course and will receive 100% refund.  While the refund is being processed, student will be provided with an optional feedback form to list any reasons for the cancellation.
  3. If student cancels a class and doesn’t register for another session, after receiving a headset, he/she will be responsible for returning it back to CyberTrack Solutions.  Student will contact CyberTrack Solutions for detailed instructions on how to return the headset.
  4. If a student would like to substitute themselves with another attendee, CyberTrack Solutions will need to be notified via Email.  The payment will automatically be applied to the next student substituting.  If the payment was not delivered in full by the time of substitution, student replacing will be responsible for the rest of the payment.

Our Service may contain links to third­party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CyberTrack Solutions.  CyberTrack Solutions has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that CyberTrack Solutions shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

 

 

 

  1. Changes

 

  1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
