How do I sign up for training?

Signing up for training is easy.  All you have to do is click on the Register tab, fill out a simple form,  and once the payment is processed you are registered for the class!  Alternatively you can order over the phone by contacting us at  301 337-8557 301 337-8557 or even contact us by clicking here, and we will register you!

 

How can I cancel my training session?

In order to cancel a session simply either call us or notify us by Email prior to the training session. To read more about our cancellation policy please click here .

 

 What happens if I miss my class?

We strive very hard to make your learning experience as easy as possible.  All of our training sessions are recorded and available for you to view anytime.  Simply contact  us and we will forward you the link to the recording of the training session you missed.

Do I get a certificate of completion at the end of tutoring session?

Yes you do! We will award a certificate of completion to you which you can print proudly hang on a wall.  You can alternatively request a hard copy of your certificate which we will gladly mail to your location. 

 

How can I pay for the training session?

We accept credit card payments over PayPal service.  Please note that you don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay for the training.  You can pay either in full by the first day of the training session or opt to pay in two equal installments.  In this case, the first half of the payment will be due by the first day of the session and second half will be due by the middle of the training course.

What if I didn’t like the course and would like to get a refund?

Here at CyberTrack Solutions we fully stand behind the quality of our product.  If for some reason you were not satisfied with your training experience we will be glad to refund you 100% of your training fee.  However we would like to earn the opportunity to win your business back.  Please contact us so we can discuss any issues you might have with our service. 

 

How are your training courses structured and how long do they last?

Here at CyberTrack Solutions we apply different strategy than our competitors, where we allow enough time for you to study and keep up with material presented.  We also take in consideration the fact that many of you may already have full time jobs.  That is why most of our courses run in the evenings and occasional weekends.  The length of our courses depend on individual course taught.  Click here to see the list of currently presented courses and their durations.

 

What if I need a customized tutoring session/s?

If you require a customized training session where specific type and/or amount of material would need to be delivered, we would be more than glad to discuss such option with you.  Please click here to contact us so we can discuss how we can serve you. 

 

Where does the training take place?

Since most of our training happens online, the training can take place at any place of your choosing!  You can access the training from home, work, hotel or any other place with a stable Internet connection.  This way you are comfortable with the location which suits your training style.  Some of our training courses have hands-on portion.  During this portion we will meet at the computer training room where you can catch up on hands-on practice. 

 

Do you have any discount programs?

Can I try the class to see if I like it ?

Absolutely!  We are the only company which introduced the “Take a Peek” program.  If you would like to try it out, you can visit first two sessions absolutely free.  This will allow you to try the program out without any commitments or obligations! Which geographical areas do you service?

Since most of our training is being conducted online, you can be anywhere within United States! If you would like to participate in our hands-on session for some of our courses, you will need to be located in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia area.

 

What are the hardware and software requirements for me to take the course?

As a part of our training we will provide you with an online tool that will check your computer for compatibility with our training.  In order to maximize your training experience it would be nice if you have a headset with microphone or a webcam.  We can provide a headset in case if you have no such equipment available.
