     Due to DOD 8570 directive our technical support staff had to be certified in Security+ since we work with classified material.  At first we went with the company that went through the whole 500+ page curriculum in 5 days!  We tried to keep up with the material given but it was too much too fast.  When we took the exam none of us passed.  Then we heard of CyberTrack Solutions.  They created a custom schedule for us to make sure that we had enough time to digest the information.  They also tested us throughout the course duration to make sure that we knew the information well.  If some of us were falling behind, the trainer made sure they caught up with the rest of us.  When we took the exam all of us passed!  I guess it’s all in the way you approach the study material…  We glad we signed up with CyberTrack Solutions and will definitely go to them when our new certifications will be due. – Timothy S.

     Great teacher, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions.  Showed how to apply software in actual work setting and encouraged people to try things on their own (in how they would use it in their own job).  The hands-on training is the best learning method for me so I appreciate the offering.

     I was a little apprehensive to take the Security+ course again since I didn’t have very good previous experience taking this course.  My friend told me about CyberTrack Solutions and boy am I glad I did!  The course was very informative and material was understandable.  Any time I didn’t understand I just asked Dennis a question and he would always explain it. After the course I took two weeks to study up for the exam and Dennis was checking in with me to see that I was on track to take it.  I passed the exam from the first try!  I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for me.
